Mini Yerba Santa Burn Wands
Among the dry hillsides and chaparral of California grows an old and fragrant plant known as Yerba Santa, the sacred herb.
Long before it was given its Spanish name, this native plant was known and tended by Indigenous peoples of California, who developed their own traditions of working with its leaves for healing and other purposes. Its resinous foliage carries the scent of the wild hills, of sun-warmed earth and the medicinal herbs that have grown here for generations.
In contemporary spiritual practice, Yerba Santa is often associated with protection, purification, and the healing of the heart. Its smoke is used in rituals of release, particularly when grief, sorrow, or old emotional wounds have become too heavy to carry.
I have brought these small bundles into the Ritual Room for such occasions. For the clearing of unwanted energies, the tending of a weary spirit, and the quiet work of making peace with what has passed.
There is a certain tenderness in the act of cleansing. Not everything must be banished with force. Some things are simply ready to be laid down.
Care & Safety
For aromatic and ritual use only. Burn in a well-ventilated area using a fireproof vessel. Never leave burning herbs unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Avoid inhaling smoke directly. Extinguish completely after use. Do not ingest.
Sold individually. Each order includes one mini Yerba Santa bundle. Natural variations in size, color, and appearance may occur.
